Tasting Notes: Rich, dark Cherries, dark fruit, Bourbon and hints of Leather greet you in the nose. Tart dark Cherries, dark Caramels and hints of Port on the palate lead to a bright, tart, dark Cherry finish with lingering hints of Oak and Bourbon.

This NW style sour ale is a blend of red ales that were aged in oak and bourbon barrels for 12 months before aging on fresh Bing and sour pie cherries for an additional six months.
