Tasting Notes: Aromas of dark, dank Raspberries with hints of soft oak start this beer off. Soft, rich Raspberry fruits and notes of Grape skins roll across the palate and lead to a slightly dry finish of Blackcap Raspberries and subtle oak.

This NW style sour ale is a blend of wheat and blond ales that were aged in Oak Barrels for up to 12 months before aging on Blackcap raspberries for up to four months.
